Where do you see that? Generally, it's up to the media entity to request that they be placed on the distribution list. However, PUB officials should be proactive in adding media to their list. If media doesn't care about receiving an agenda, or isn't making a diligent effort to acquire ALL public entity agendas, then they're future publishing not practicing good journalism. Melissa, It is on the last page of the agenda. It is under Chairman Villarreal's signature if I remember correctly. You are right on both the journalism and BPUB part. Maybe Channel 23 gets the agendas the way you do, or are not specifically on the agenda, or maybe they get it from you site. V Sunday, June 08, 2008
